About us

Inmold is a family-owned company which was established in 2006. If we compare that date and present time, we notice that much has changed except the non-compromised quality of our products. This sense of quality is present in each project phase, beginning with the first contact with the client, product development to the manufacturing and final product. Bearing this in mind, we can proudly say that the foundations of our business lie in top quality and client relations.

The primary business of the company Inmold Plast is the production of high quality injection moulds for plastic and non-ferrous metal. Our specialty is the production of injection moulds for thin-wall packaging and injection moulds for technical components. Besides moulds, we manufacture IML robots.

Our company owns and successfully implements ISO 900, ISO 14001 and IATF 16949 standards.

Education

In 2011, Inmold initiated the secondary education program primarily due to the deficiency of qualified workers in the tool shop. We are realizing this project together with the local technical school and there are currently two profiles being educated: machine technicians for computerized control and mechatronics technicians.

50 pupils undergo this program annually and 10 pupils receive scholarships from Inmold Plast. The practical lessons are organized at our company and at the Contemporary Technology Center (CTC) which we constructed and equipped in cooperation with the local self-government and German government agency GIZ.

The pupils experience for the first time practical lessons at the Contemporary Technology Center (CTC) and everything they construct on computers and modern control units, they can realize on the two new machines located within the Center. As for the practical lessons at our company, all pupils can come to our company and stay for 1 to 2 days a week under the supervision of our professors and mentors. Our staff works with the pupils according to our plan and program which we conceived according to the German and Austrian systems. Most attention is paid to gaining practical knowledge and related lessons which are insufficiently covered in school. Besides this, we organize occupational seminars and trainings, visits to exhibitions and other companies, educational-tourist trips in the country and abroad.
