Presentation of the production analysis process
















12 February 2010 an expert Adizes Institute seminar was held at Inmold called:

"IMPROVEMENT OF THE PRODUCTION PROCESS"

The production analysis process results at Inmold were presented and talks were held on the possibilities on their improvements. All production aspects were covered in a cordial atmosphere along with the possibilities of the individual influence on the process improvement. The overall conclusion of all the present people was that the initiated process must permanently continued in order to improve work efficiency and quality which is at a high ranked west European level.
